Key life tester

Overview: The button life tester meets the requirements of GB/T15767, GB14960 and other standards for the load life detection of the button, and meets the life test of the measurement remote control switch button.

The equipment should adopt PLC electrical control, intelligent operation of touch screen, servo motor + cam push rod combination drive; and configure infrared induction system to detect the number of failures of the button not in place to ensure accurate counting; preset test times, test speed, recordable The total number of tests, the number of times the button is not in place; with a multi-purpose universal fixture. Up to 40 test heads can be added for the life test of the keys of more keyboards such as computer keyboards and mobile keyboards.

7 keyboard button test weight: a total of 40 groups, each group with 3 weights, respectively O.2N, O.3N, 0.5N, three weights can be combined at will;

8 number of probes: 1-40 can be expanded, up to 40 buttons can be tested at the same time; the number of probes is placed according to the test requirements of the sample (the remote control button test uses a test head);

9 Minimum spacing between two probes: X-axis: 14 mm, Y-axis: 50 mm;

10 remote control button not in place: recordable.

11 remote control button fault diagnosis: infrared induction.

12 sample fixture: Multi-function universal fixture meets the requirements of remote control buttons, mobile phone buttons, keyboard buttons and so on.
