I. Overview:

This equipment is based on the test equipment specified in IEC 60335-1/GB4706.1 22.32 for the determination of whether the ceramic material used for reinforced insulation is tightly sintered. The test requirements are as follows:

The ceramic material was broken into pieces and immersed in a solution containing 1 g of basic fuchsin per 100 g of methylated spirit. The pressure of the solution is not less than 15 MPa and is maintained for a period of time such that the test duration of the sample (the product of the hour (h) and the test pressure (Mpa) is about 180.

Remove the debris from the solution, rinse, dry, and cut into smaller pieces. Check for new rupture surfaces and there should be no traces of dye in the naked eye.

• Test time: 0-9999 minutes; time to automatic release pressure.

• Pressurization mode: gas-liquid booster pump; gas source: 0.5-0.8Mpa

• Closed container: stainless steel, internal dimensions: Ф100*200mm, can withstand pressure to 30MPa;

• Pressure range: 15-30MPa;

• With a pressure gauge that shows the pressure inside the container.

• Power: AC220V
