one. Overview:

This device is designed and manufactured according to the test requirements of Chapter 11 "Fever" of the national standard GB4706.1-2005 (IEC60335-1:2004), and is also applicable to the occasion where other test standards are required.

This device is mainly used for temperature rise test of various electrical and electronic products to provide temperature rise test in accordance with the environmental conditions required by the standard. According to the actual test sample, the test distance of different temperature measurement points, the number of temperature measurement points, the temperature measurement horn specifications and the external dimensions can be customized.

Second, equipment specifications: as shown in Figure 1.

1. Wall size: 1600mm*1600mm*2060mm(W*D*H);

2. Wall thickness: 20 mm

3. Number of walls: three sides

4. Copper size: φ15*1 mm

5. Total number of points: 90 points

6. Each side of the cloth: 30 measuring points on the side of 1600mm*2060mm cloth, 1600mm on the back

* 30 temperature measurement points for 2060mm cloth; 30 temperature measurement points for 1600mm*1600mm cloth on the bottom.

7. Thermocouple socket: Each temperature measurement point corresponds to a set of terminal blocks;
