Introduction:

The raw edge acute angle tester is manufactured according to the UL1439 standard and is used to detect electrical products, including computers, household appliances, electronic devices, etc., where the accessible location has a sharp edge that is harmful to the user's safety. Safety test use.

This device complies with the inspection requirements of Section 23 of GB9706.1.

Introduction to operation:

Roll a circle of TFE tape on the edge of the tester, and the overlap size should not exceed 0.1 in (0.25 mm).

2. The fixed sample position is not movable and curved at the tested end.

3. When the assembled toy can be touched and its position is not enough, the sample should be removed for testing. However, if it is removed, it will affect its hardness. Other objects can be used to make it hard, but its supporting area cannot be larger than the tested object.

4. The angle between the tester and the test end is 90° ± 5°.

5. The contact point between the edge of the test object and the adhesive tape should be in the middle of the adhesive paper scheduling.

6. The object being tested is tested using its most unfavorable position.

7. Adjust the strength of the edge tester to 1.35 LBS (6N).

8. Apply force to the position of the adhesive tape to make the indicator light bright. At this time, the test end is stressed by 1.35 LBS.

9. Start the edge tester switch and make its shaft rotate one turn.

10. Carefully unpack the adhesive tape. Do not enlarge the cut size. Use a steel ruler to measure the cut length.

11. If the cut length exceeds 0.5in (12.5mm), the test edge is sharp.

Wrap a TFE tape on the edge of the tester, the overlap size can not exceed 0.1in (0.25mm)

■ Fix the sample position so that the test edge is not movable and bent.

■ When the position of the touchable end of the assembled toy hinders the test, the sample should be removed for testing, but if it is removed, it will affect its hardness. Other objects can be used to make it hard, but the supporting area cannot be larger than the tested object.

■ The angle between the tester and the test edge is 90° ± 5°.

■ The contact point between the edge of the test object and the adhesive tape is approximately in the middle of the adhesive paper schedule.

■ The object being tested should be selected for its most unfavourable position test.

■ Adjust the strength of the edge tester to 1.35 LBS (6N).

■ Apply force to the position of the adhesive tape and make the indicator light. At this time, the test end is stressed by 1.35 LBS.

■ Turn on the edge tester to make its shaft rotate one turn.

■ Carefully unpack the adhesive tape. Do not enlarge the cut size. Use a steel ruler to measure the cut length.

■ If the cut length exceeds 0.5in (12.5mm), the edge of the test is sharp.
