Electrical overflow test machine

I. Overview:

This tester is an important test item in the safety standard of household appliances. It requires the simulation of liquid spillage of household appliances such as electric kettles in daily use. This device is applicable to GB 4706.19-2008/IEC 60335.2.15-2005 "Home and similar Special requirements for safe liquid heaters for electrical appliances. Clauses 15.2 and 15.102 of the standard are required for liquid heaters to be tested for moisture resistance. The structure of the product tested by the high-voltage insulation tester may cause water inadvertently during normal operation. Spilled outside the container, or the water in the container is too full, can ensure that the overflow of water does not affect their electrical insulation properties.

The device is controlled by operation and driven by a stepper motor. It has the characteristics of simple operation and stable performance. It is an ideal auxiliary testing equipment for professional testing organizations and manufacturers.
