The luminaire durability test system is a special test equipment designed and manufactured by Shanghai Haiyue Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. according to the requirements of 12.700 of GB7000.1-2002.

This system is designed for the durability test of luminaires without abnormal conditions. For lamps with abnormal conditions, the test circuit must be ordered separately according to the specific sample. The system consists of a walk-in thermostatic test chamber, test input power, control system and sample holder. The temperature required for the test is provided in a step-in thermostatic test chamber; the power supply required for the test uses two variable frequency power supplies, each of which is independent voltage regulation and voltage indication; the control system sets the time of the power on and off according to the actual needs of the user and the test period (eg 21H power, 3H power off, 10 cycles or 1 hour power, 2 hours power off, 100 cycles), with 60 sensors, can do 60 samples of endurance test at the same time, real-time monitoring of each sample failure time; The sample holder is specially customized according to the customer.
