Photovoltaic module fire test equipment

Two device configuration:
1 Two gas burners, the structure is: 1.12m long, inner diameter 50mm, outer diameter 60.3mm, stainless steel pipe, the pipe has 12.7mm and 910mm long groove. The burner is supplied with gas from both ends by a pipe having an inner diameter of 25 mm and an outer diameter of 33.4 mm;
2 test platform, the surface is made of high temperature resistant tiles, length 1300mm. Wide 1000mm, test angle adjustable, bottom supported by stainless steel table, height adjustable; high temperature isolation plate installed at the tail; drum drop tester
3 Simulated eaves and cornices, supported by stainless steel, adhered to high temperature insulation panels, and can withstand temperatures up to 1000 degrees; their dimensions are in full compliance with the requirements of Figure A1 of IEC61320-2;
4 air supply duct, width 2130mm, height 762mm, length 1500mm, distance from the ground is 1100mm, the pipe has adjustable fins to adjust the airflow direction; with two extension plates, the surface adheres to high temperature Insulation board, detachable, height 343mm;
5 with plywood, installed probe for measuring wind speed;
6 measuring wind speed device with 3 sets of TESTO, including: 3 thermal probes, wind speed transmitter, wind speed display table;
7 fan with frequency converter, can adjust the wind speed required to reach the test: km / h;
8 Burning block turning fixture, used for burning test of fire block A, B, C required for burning block, burning six faces of burning block according to the time required by the standard;
9 combustion chamber for the combustion of the fuel block before the fuel block test, equipped with a temperature measuring couple, which can test the temperature of the flame ejected by the gas burner;
10 equipped with 3 sets of fuel blocks for fire resistance grades A, B, C;
11 is equipped with a sample support frame.
