Electric blanket spark ignition test device

I. Overview:

HY-DHH-I electric blanket spark ignition test device is specially used for the flame resistance test of flexible electric heating equipment to check whether the flashing of the charged body causes the sample to overheat or burn, and meets the safety of GB4706.8 "Household and similar electrical appliances". Special requirements for electric blankets, electric heating pads and similar flexible heating devices. The test requirements of Figure 30.101.1, Figure 114, also meet the test requirements of 30.101.1 and Figure 103 of GB4706.99, and the output voltage can reach 15kV/AC. The instrument has beautiful appearance and convenient operation. The output voltage is displayed by the digital panel meter, which is clear, intuitive and accurate. The whole machine has advanced technology and reasonable layout, and has the characteristics of high accuracy, good reliability and convenient maintenance.

1) Brass electrode: φ3mm (one static electrode tip 45° one moving electrode flat head) The moving distance can be adjusted.

4) Voltage drop: When the current is 1 mA, the voltage drops within 100V.

1 port: 10kV output short-circuit current is 1mA, fine-tuned
