Air supply system

Air pressure is two adjustments

One section is roughly adjusted to 2Kg/cm 2 and the inlet air filter is provided with drainage function.

The second section is precision adjusted 1Kg/cm 2 , 1 / 4 pressure gauge, showing precise and accurate

Spray method

a. The Bernut principle draws salt water and then atomizes, the atomization degree is uniform, and there is no obstruction crystallization, which ensures continuous testing.

b. The nozzle is made of Taiwan Taiwan floating tempered glass, which can adjust the spray volume and the spray angle.

c. The spray amount is adjustable from 1 to 2 ml/h (ml/2000px 2 /h standard requires 16 hours to average). The measuring cylinder is embedded in the installation and has a beautiful appearance.

Heating system

Watering system

The automatic and manual watering systems are used to automatically or manually replenish the pressure tank and the test room water level to prevent water shortage and high temperature damage to the instrument.

Defogging system

During the test and during the shutdown, the salt spray in the test chamber is removed to prevent the corrosion gas from flowing out of the damage chamber and other precision instruments.

Safety device

1. When the water level is low, the power is automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device lights up.
