one. Overview:

This device complies with N.2.2 of Annex N of IEC 60598 for temperature measurement of mounting surfaces on electronic ballast abnormal conditions or fault ballast conditions.

During ballast or transformer failure, if the winding is short-circuited, the temperature of the ballast winding does not exceed 350 °C after 15 min. After 15 min, the corresponding mounting surface temperature does not exceed 180 °C.

Similarly, the surface temperature of the installation under abnormal conditions of the ballast should not exceed 130 °C. Measure the temperature of the winding and the mounting surface at ambient temperature and 1.1 times the supply voltage and plot it on the graph, then connect a straight line through these points. The extension of this line should not reach 180 °C at 350 °C winding temperature. This is the point at which the surface temperature is installed (see Figure 9).

Second, the main technical parameters and functions: ECG tester

1. Touch screen control, can test surface temperature and coil temperature, and record temperature;

2. The curve can be drawn automatically;

3. The test time can be set;

4. Provide coil short circuit function, the current can withstand up to 32A;

5. There is a data storage USB interface.
