Electric iron steam rate test device

I. Overview:

This tester is specially designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of the customer's electric iron. It is used to detect the steam evaporation rate of the electric iron. The test device does not contain the weighing device required for the test. The test machine adopts the relay logic circuit + electrical instrument control, and the speed control motor drives the electric iron to move back and forth. The equipment frame is made of industrial aluminum profiles, and the speed regulating motor drives the crank arm to make the electric iron move back and forth, and the speed governor adjusts the speed of movement.

1. Movement stroke: the stroke of the force arm screw on the crank arm is 450-500mm, and the factory is 500mm;

2. Number of movements: 0-9999 times can be set;

3. Movement rate: 0-15 times / minute, the display range on the rate meter is 60-150, that is, 6-15 times / minute;

4. Protection: leakage, short circuit protection;

5. Sample clamping: provide 1 station clamping fixture;
